River Run East

A pre-construction marketing video for River Run East, an industrial park in Southern California, made for CBRE with 3D development overlays, animated maps and drone footage, and brought up to date in 2025 when the buildings changed.

The brief

CBRE needed tenants to see the park before any of it was built: where the buildings would sit, how big they would be, and how the site connects to everything around it. When the plans for buildings 10, 11 and 12B changed, the video had to change with them.

What we made

• A marketing video built from aerial drone footage of the site
• 3D development overlays of the master plan, the building volumes and site circulation
• Animated maps of the location, access points and surrounding infrastructure
• Motion graphics calling out the property’s features
• In 2025, the 3D site plan rebuilt for the revised buildings 10, 11 and 12B

The update

The 2025 revision was about the buildings, not the footage. We rebuilt the 3D site plan model to match the new layout, updated the motion graphics so the availability reads ±30,000 to ±150,000 SF throughout, and left the future phase exactly as it was.
