We provide photography and videography, including ground, drone, and helicopter shots, for property marketing, events, lifestyle campaigns, and consumer brands.

Years of in-the-trenches experience in commercial real estate mean we actually understand the needs of CRE professionals — late nights, tight deadlines, and the endless presentations, brochures, OMs, emails, and videos that come with the territory.

Fully insured and FAA-licensed, backed by general and professional liability, commercial auto, and drone coverage — every shoot is handled with safety, precision, and total reliability.

Who runs it

Sean Workman is the studio's Co-Founder and Managing Partner. He started Sūdenim in 2019, after eleven years on the marketing side of commercial real estate brokerage.

He began in 2008 at Cassidy Turley in Carlsbad, designing property marketing and websites for brokers, and went on to run the office's Creative Services team. From 2013 he was Director of Marketing Technology in San Diego, then Regional Marketing Technology Director for the West through DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, and Creative Technology Director at Cushman & Wakefield until 2020.

So the property marketing, presentations and listing websites the pictures end up in are work he did for years before he was the one taking the pictures. Today he shoots photography, video, 3D and aerial work, and flies the drone himself. He's based in Encinitas, and has volunteered with Special Olympics since 2015, as medical coordinator hosting the Costa Rican delegation.
