Built for the building.

An asset used to get a PDF, a page on the brokerage site and maybe a virtual tour. Now you can build a lot more yourself, and you should try. A technical partner who already shoots the building from the ground, the air and in 3D takes it much further.

What we build

  • A site for the asset, the park or the fundIts own address, built on the photography and film we shot, with availabilities, floor plans and brochures the leasing team edits from a phone. No developer in the loop for a new suite or a new PDF.
  • Private portalsA gated site for investors, partners or a shortlist of tenants: invite by email, sign in with a passkey or a one-time code, and see who asked for access and who approved it.
  • 3D you can walk throughGaussian-splat models of a building, a lobby or a campus that open in a browser, on the asset's own site.
  • Portfolio and market mapsEvery building on one interactive map, filtered by market, type or availability, and research maps that turn a report's numbers into something a client can explore.
  • Tools for one dealThe calculator, the planner, the dashboard a single project needs and nobody would have paid to build two years ago. Built for that project, owned by you.

Why a partner

A listing page is an afternoon with an AI assistant now, and that is a good thing. A building properly represented online is still most of the work: the photography and film it runs on, a site the next leasing coordinator can keep current without breaking it, an investor room that stays private, pages that search engines and AI assistants can read and cite. Start it yourself if you like; bring us in when you want it to go further.

Who it is for

  • Owners and asset managersA portfolio that should look like one owner's buildings, a fund that needs a private room, a park that deserves more than a PDF.
  • Brokerages and leasing teamsA property site that goes live with the listing and stays current without a ticket to IT, and maps that make a market report worth opening.
  • Developers and buildersThe site before the building exists, and the record of it going up.

For cities, counties and other public agencies: public sector.

Already built

  • Interactive research maps for a global brokerage: a world market map, tech cities, ports, construction and forecast reports.
  • The tools this studio runs on: the booking app, the Shoot Planner that reads the light and the airspace for an address, and Social Studio, the publisher that drafts and posts our own week.

Two of these are public: the Shoot Planner and Social Studio. The client builds are shown on a call.

How it starts

  1. Tell us about the asset or the portfolio, who it is for and what it has to do. A call or a note is enough.
  2. We shoot what it needs, if it has not been shot, and come back with the build: pages, model, tools, and what each costs.
  3. It goes live on your address, your team edits it from a phone, and we keep it running.

The photography, film, drone and 3D behind it: all services.
