The brief

Lincoln Property Company had renderings of the two-building, 360,000-square-foot campus at 350 Camino De La Reina, once the San Diego Union-Tribune’s home, and needed them to move.

What we made

• A marketing video built around the renderings and footage of the campus
• Animated maps and motion graphics throughout
• The property name, address, contact information and logo worked into the edit
• A licensed track underneath

The edit

We built the motion graphics and animated maps around those renderings, working the property name, address, contact info and logo through the whole edit, with a licensed track underneath. One finished video, ready to send.
