Oxford Properties

Three event films for Oxford Properties in Sorrento Valley, May and June 2025: Power of Presence, the final pitch with Nucleate, and the Oxford pickleball tournament.

The brief

Oxford wanted each event covered and cut into a short film of its own. One highlight film per event, and the raw footage to go with it.

What we made

• Power of Presence, at Curia Collective on 15 May
• The final pitch with Nucleate, at Curia Collective on 28 May
• The Oxford pickleball tournament, at 4010 Sorrento Valley Blvd on 26 June
• A 60-second highlight film for each, colour corrected with licensed music
• Downloadable b-roll from every event
• A 4:5 cut of the Nucleate film for social, trimmed to 60 seconds, in August

On the days

Each event got its own window: 4:30 to 7pm for Power of Presence, two sessions for the Nucleate pitch, 1:30 to 2:30 and 5:30 to 7:30pm, and 3 to 6pm at the tournament. Audio was recorded at every event.
